To many, the name NRS may appear misleading. It may suggest a plumber or carpenter service company. But founder Bobby Geary knows NRS is an investment management firm that serves the interests of its investors while also delivering high-quality, tech-savvy housing solutions to residents.

Bobby Geary

Bobby began his commercial real estate career at the age of 19, working for The Situs Companies, a national real estate due diligence firm based in Houston, TX. He later joined Credit Suisse First Boston in New York as part of the Fixed Income analyst program, where he worked on numerous fixed and floating rate commercial mortgage loans.
After closing over $3.0 billion in commercial real estate loans, Bobby joined Deutsche Bank in London and successfully closed transactions throughout Western Europe and the Middle East. He was later invited to move back to New York with DB to recommence CMBS lending operations throughout the US, with a focus on the Southwest region of the country.
In 2012, Bobby was selected to launch the firm’s commercial real estate lending group in Dallas, TX, where he oversaw a team of five professionals. Since 2015, Bobby has been investing in various commercial real estate opportunities with a focus on residential asset types throughout the Southwest region. He has invested several million into various developments and specialty financing opportunities and continues to deliver exceptional returns to his investors.
Bobby is a regular speaker at industry conferences and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
